Purpose statement, Columbia Fit. Home of the quick, efficient and effective workouts for busy people like you. Half Hour or hour workouts specifically designed for you. Your nationally certified personal trainer will have every detail planned out for you. All you have to do is show up! Columbia Fit takes care of the rest.

Personal Training.

One-on-one, your nationally certified personal trainer will have a custom designed program ready and waiting for you when you walk into Columbia Fit. These fun, efficient, effective, full body workouts are designed to stimulate your whole body, burn lots of fat and build muscles and bones. These sessions come in half hour or full hour time slots. Recommended sessions 2-3 per week.

Small Group Training

2-3-4 people or more! Enjoy your friends and family while getting an amazing workout together. This approach is proven to create a stronger bond with those you love. These are fun, full body workouts and are offered in one hour time slots only. Be ready to play and sweat. Recommended 1-2-3 per week.

Mobile Personal Training

We come to you.
Stay in the comfort of your own home. We have what it takes to give you and your family a super workout. Our mobile workout gear that will get the job done. Your Personal trainer will provide you with a great workout wherever you are within a 5 mile radius of our studio. These are full body workouts. Minimum but not limited to one hour time slots. Recommended 1-2 per week.

Virtual Personal Training.

This has become the new order of efficient and effective home workouts. Stay in the comfort of your own home or stay fit while you’re on the road. Your Nationally certified personal trainer will guide you through an amazing workout. We’ll call you on your computer or mobile device, then take care of the rest. Virtual training sessions are half hour or full hour time slots. Recommended 2-3 per week.

Baby Steps.

This program is a building block for those brand new to fitness or have had multiple failures. This 30 minute session is designed to help you grow at your own pace. Starting with creating a nutrition and proper hydration program, building on your successes and overcoming past failures, we‘ll work through any and all obstacles together. There is a better you, we just have to find the right path forward! Recommended 2 sessions per week.

Professional Assisted Stretch

This session is designed to help you perform and feel your best using a variety of modalities including Sonic Percussion Gun therapy. This session will help ease muscle pain and tension as well as enable your body to resist injury and stay mobile.

Designed for those who do not take the time to stretch properly. This 30 min passive stretching will relieve tense, tight, fatigued, and painful cramping and help you feel relaxed and ready.
